What shipping carrier do you use?
We use a hybrid system from UPS called UPS Mail Innovations.

How long does it take before an order is shipped?
Orders typically leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours after your order is received and completed. We do not process orders or ship on weekends or holidays.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! You can see all the available shipping destinations during the checkout process. There may be a limited number of locations to which we are unable to ship.

How long does it take for the order to be delivered to me?
The estimated shipping date will be shown at the time of your purchase.

The shipment time varies according to the location.

We try our best to provide the fastest shipment possible, for this reason, we carry two shipment hubs; one located in Canada and one in U.S.A Domestic orders typically take 3-6 business days for delivery. International orders typically take 7-15 business days for delivery.

Please note:

For international orders, the above time frame is an average time
frame during which the majority of customers receive their orders. Some shipments can take up to 30 days for delivery depending on how remote or how serviceable your location is by your
local postal service and also depending on how the Customs Agency operates in your country.

Who is responsible for customs fees?
Import regulations vary from country to country. It is difficult for us as a company to predict each individual country's fees and requirements. The recipient (buyer) is responsible to pay for any duties or customs fees. Please be aware of your country's import regulations before ordering.

How do I track my package?
You should receive an email containing a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. You can track your package using the provided tracking number at our page.
